Most of you guys have probably figured it out by now. But for those who haven't, here's how to play fate on windows 10. This works from UR to CK
-Locate the "persistent" file for the game. 9 times out of 10 it's not visible in the Fate root folder so it's best just to search for it in your file explorer.
-open the file and there should be the "config" (configuration) file positioned under the save folder. Open that and set the value of "fullscreen" from 1 to 0
-most likely the game will launch in 600 by 800 resolution. You can go back and change the game's windows size by altering the "SCEENWIDTH" and "SCREENHEIGHT" in the same configuration file.
-In my experiences I manged to get it to 1800 by 1000 resolution before it crashed. Yours might be different depending on your monitor.
-that's it!
For the original fate you would go through the same process. The only difference is the the config file in in the root folder and is always visible. So you don't have to search for anything.
